Ingredients

  • 6ouncesromaine lettuce
  • 1medium headbutter lettuce
  • 6ouncesdeli turkey, cubed
  • 3ouncesturkey ham, cubed
  • 3ouncesSwiss cheese, julienned
  • 3ouncesCheddar cheese, julienned
  • ½cupsliced cherry tomatoes
  • 1baby cucumber, sliced
  • ½cupcroutons
  • 4largehard-boiled eggs, quartered
  • ¼cupranch dressing, or to taste

  • Directions

    Combine romaine and butter lettuce in a large bowl and tear into bite-sized pieces. Toss to mix.



    Cook's Note:

    Go to your deli counter and ask for a thick slice of turkey, turkey ham, and Swiss cheese (which will be a cost saver).
