Ingredients

  • 1 ⅛cupswater
  • 2tablespoonsmolasses
  • 1tablespoonvegetable oil
  • 1teaspoonsalt
  • 2cupsall-purpose flour
  • 1 ½cupsrye flour
  • 3tablespoonspacked brown sugar
  • 1tablespoonunsweetened cocoa powder
  • ¾teaspooncaraway seed
  • 2teaspoonsbread machine yeast

  • Directions

    Place ingredients in the pan of the bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer.

    Select the Basic cycle, and press Start.
