Ingredients

  • 6(4 ounce) jarssliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1smallwhite onion, chopped
  • ½cupchopped cilantro leaves
  • ½cupketchup
  • 3limes, juiced
  • salt to taste
  • 2avocados – peeled, pitted, and chopped

  • Directions

    Combine mushrooms, onion, and cilantro in a glass bowl. Add ketchup and lime juice; mix well. Season with salt. Chill for 30 minutes. Sprinkle with chopped avocado before serving.
