Ingredients

  • 1poundlarge peeled and deveined cooked shrimp
  • 1cupchopped celery
  • 1largecarrot, shredded
  • ½cupchopped onion
  • 2hard-cooked eggs, chopped
  • ¾cupmayonnaise
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

  • Directions

    Gently toss shrimp, celery, carrot, onion, eggs, and mayonnaise together in a large bowl; season with salt and black pepper. Chill until ready to serve.
