Gather the ingredients. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

Wrap 7 green beans with a slice of bacon and place in the prepared dish. Repeat with remaining green beans and bacon.

Mix brown sugar and butter together in a small bowl. Pour over green bean bundles and sprinkle with garlic salt. Cover dish with aluminum foil.

Bake in the preheated oven until bacon is cooked through and beans are tender, about 45 minutes. For crispier bacon, remove foil after 30 minutes and continue baking uncovered. Serve warm.

Cook’s Note
You can add 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes to the brown sugar–butter mixture for a spicy twist.
Swap in turkey bacon and reduce cooking time by 5 to 10 minutes as it cooks faster than regular bacon.
