Three Olive Spread

Ingredients

  • 1cuppitted black olives
  • 1cuppitted green olives
  • 1cuppitted Kalamata olives
  • 2clovesgarlic, peeled
  • 3tablespoonsbalsamic vinegar
  • 3tablespoonsolive oil

  • Directions

    Combine black olives, green olives, Kalamata olives, and garlic in the bowl of a food processor; pulse until chopped.

    Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil; process until smooth. Transfer spread to a bowl; cover with plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate before serving, at least 1 hour or overnight.
