Ingredients

  • 1cupunsweetened vanilla almond milk
  • 1cupfresh cherries, pitted
  • ¾cupfresh strawberries
  • ¾cupseedless red grapes
  • ½cupfrozen blueberries
  • ½teaspoonground turmeric

  • Directions

    Pour almond milk into a high-frequency blender (such as Vitamix). Add cherries, strawberries, grapes, blueberries, and turmeric.

    Secure the lid and turn on variable speed 1. Increase speed to variable 10. Blend for 30 to 45 seconds.
